Come down to the club on Bank Holiday Monday (1st May) to watch a charity cricket tournament organised by Fordhouses Cricket Club member, Aqib Rashid, to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital’s Star Appeal.
This is the second year of the charity event, following a successful first year at Penn Cricket Club.
Teams from the local area will be taking part in the 8-a-side tournament, which starts at 10am and will run till approximately 6pm.
There will be a BBQ, raffle, cake sale and other stalls serving food and drink to raise money for the charity. Entry to the event is completely free but we would encourage you to make a donation towards the event target.
